Why continue suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome?
We have a treatment plan for patients in North Park.

At Regeon Bone and Body Institute, we combine Limfa® Therapy, physical therapy, and targeted strength training to address the root cause of your pain and restore lasting mobility.

Understanding carpal tunnel syndrome

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome occurs when the median nerve, which runs from your forearm into the palm of the hand, becomes pressed or squeezed at the wrist. This pressure is most often caused by swelling and inflammation of the surrounding wrist tendons.

For our North Park patients, this can mean disruptive sleep and agonizing pain during computer work or driving. Our protocol bypasses temporary fixes like splints and directly targets tendon swelling with Limfa® Therapy. Reducing the inflammation takes the pressure off the nerve, while targeted exercises correct any contributing muscle imbalances in the arm.

Numbness & Tingling

A "pins and needles" feeling primarily in the thumb, index, middle, and ring fingers, often waking you up at night.

Wrist and Hand Pain

A persistent ache or sharp pain originating in the wrist area, sometimes radiating up the forearm towards the elbow.

Weakened Grip

A noticeable decrease in grip strength and finger dexterity, making it easy to drop objects like cups or keys.
