Why continue suffering from golfers elbow?
We have a treatment plan for patients in Chesterton.

At Regeon Bone and Body Institute, we combine Limfa® Therapy, physical therapy, and targeted strength training to address the root cause of your pain and restore lasting mobility.

Understanding golfers elbow

Golfer's Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) is an inflammatory condition affecting the tendons on the inner side of your elbow, specifically the ones responsible for flexing your wrist and gripping.

It is incredibly frustrating for our Chesterton patients when a simple handshake or carrying groceries causes sharp elbow pain. Our protocol is designed to eliminate the localized inflammation with LIMFA, while building strength back into the forearm flexors to ensure the tendon can handle daily loads without recurring injury.

Inner Elbow Pain

A dull ache or sharp pain located on the inside bony bump of the elbow, often radiating down the inner forearm.

Pain with Flexion

Increased pain when flexing the wrist forward towards the inner forearm or when forcefully gripping an object.

Numbness and Tingling

In severe cases, inflammation can put pressure on the adjacent ulnar nerve, causing tingling in the ring and pinky fingers.
