Why continue suffering from lateral epicondylitis?
We have a treatment plan for patients in Chicago Heights.

At Regeon Bone and Body Institute, we combine Limfa® Therapy, physical therapy, and targeted strength training to address the root cause of your pain and restore lasting mobility.

Understanding lateral epicondylitis

Lateral Epicondylitis (commonly known as Tennis Elbow) is an inflammation or micro-tearing of the tendons that join the forearm muscles on the outside of the elbow. Despite its name, it is commonly caused by any repetitive wrist and arm motion.

For many Chicago Heights residents, simple acts like gripping a coffee cup or typing can turn into excruciating activities. Our approach avoids temporary fixes like long-term bracing; instead, Limfa® Therapy addresses cellular-level tendon inflammation, and our targeted eccentric strength training rebuilds the forearm's load tolerance.

Outer Elbow Pain

A distinct pain or burning sensation on the outer part of the elbow, which can radiate down the forearm.

Weak Grip Strength

Profound weakness when gripping objects, holding a pen, shaking hands, or turning a wrench/doorknob.

Morning Stiffness

The elbow may feel exceptionally stiff or painful in the morning upon waking and bending the arm.
